INGREDIENTS Cake 1 box White Cake Mix 3/4 cup Tequila Rose 3 Eggs 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil 3/4 cup Puréed Strawberries Frosting 2 Tbsp Tequila Rose 2 cups Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick) HOW TO MAKE Baking Cake Preheat oven to 350° F Add cake mix, Tequila Rose, eggs, and oil into a large bowl Mix until everything is well blended Fold puréed strawberries into mixture Grease a 10-inch cake pan Pour mixture into cake pan Bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour (Check doneness with a toothpick) Let cool completely Frosting Sift powdered sugar into a bowl Add Tequila Rose and butter into bowl Mix until smooth Ice cake and decorate!
