Tequila Rose Cake

INGREDIENTS

Cake

  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 3/4 cup Tequila Rose
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3/4 cup Puréed Strawberries

Frosting

  • 2 Tbsp Tequila Rose
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)

HOW TO MAKE

Baking Cake

  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Add cake mix, Tequila Rose, eggs, and oil into a large bowl
  • Mix until everything is well blended
  • Fold puréed strawberries into mixture
  • Grease a 10-inch cake pan
  • Pour mixture into cake pan
  • Bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour (Check doneness with a toothpick)
  • Let cool completely

Frosting

  • Sift powdered sugar into a bowl
  • Add Tequila Rose and butter into bowl
  • Mix until smooth

Ice cake and decorate!
