INGREDIENTS 1 cup Tequila Rose 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream 2 cups Sliced Strawberries 3 Tbsp Sugar 2 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice Pound Cake HOW TO MAKE Beat ice cream in a bowl just until softened Fold in Tequila Rose Transfer to a loaf pan and cover with plastic wrap Freeze at least 2 hours Toss strawberries with sugar and lemon juice Let stand for 30 minutes Slice pound cake into 1/2 inch chunks Put 2 scoops of ice cream into a glass Add a couple of pound cake pieces and some strawberry mixture on top Add another scoop of ice cream Top with whipped cream and more strawberry mixture Share on social media:
